I have forgiven mistakes that were unforgivable, I have tried to replace those who were unreplaceable and tried to forget those who were unforgettable. 

I have done things on impulse. I have been let down by those whom I thought would never let me down but i have also let others down.

 I have laughed when It was almost impossible to laugh. I have held someone to protect them. I have made life long friends, I’ve loved and been loved. I have screamed and jumped for joy, i have lived on love and made eternal promises of love.

 I have fallen many times. I have cried while listening to music and also when looking at photos. I have called someone just to hear their voice. I have fallen in love with a smile. 

I have also thought I was going to die from loosing someone special and I did loose them! but I lived! and I still live! 

I don’t allow life to pass me by and neither should you! 
Live! What is really good is to fight with determination, embrace life and live it with passion! Loose your battles with class and dare to win because.. "the world belongs to those who dare and live, Life is worth too much to be insignificant…”

En nuestra vida siempre llega un momento cumbre, ese momento que marca la diferencia de una era , de una era que nos hace RENACER, un cambio , que va a marcarnos para siempre el antes y el despues.
Cuesta trabajo dejar el confort , el confort vanal, ese es el peor a veces cuando  nuestro ser no esta en plenitud  , las personas encontramos algo para poder sobrellevar nuestro pesar y hacernos sentir que estamos bien.
Me siento que llegue a un momento el que  debo de crecer espiritual , alimentar mi alma, alimentar mi ser, sentir mis emociones positivas y convertirlas en mi mejor arma, en mi mejor cualidad, en que debo sonreir, en el que debo apreciar la belleza del mundo a mi alrededor sin sentir la nostalgia que me produce el verlas.
Quiero sentirme feliz conmigo misma, ABRAZAR MI SOLEDAD y HACERLA MI MEJOR CUALIDAD , de la cual pueda aprender de mis errores , de mis errores conmigo misma de esos errores que han afectado mi vida y jamas cometerlos, de poder sentarme a ver el atardecer sin pensar en nadie mas que en la felicidad que me produce ver el sol ocultarse y la llegada de la noche.
 Quiero dejar de poner parches en mis heridas y curarlas por completo yo misma, sin la necesidad  de buscar a nadie que las cure, necesito sentir el placer de las cosas no materiales si no de la espiritualidad sana , de la de felicidad que me produzco a  mi misma por el solo hecho de sentirme PLENA , plena por estar en paz con mi ser , en esa paz que no necesitas de nada ni nadie mas que tu fortaleza interna de ti. 
Un cambio espiritual para ser UNA MEJOR MUJER , una feliz , contenta que solo sonrie que no sabe ni entiende de tristesa.
Quiero recuperar mi sonrisa , esa sonrisa pura que tuve tiempo atras y que existia sin ningun hecho  y sin ninguna persona...
No saber de nada mas que de mi bienestar espiritual.

Pudiera agarrar y ponerme a escribir cosas mas normales menos sensitivas, 
pero simplemente  he agarrado el teclado sin poder parar si poder si quiera pensar lo que redacto talvez  es bueno de hecho  lo es,  por que de mi  alma  puede salir todo lo que cohabita y se mezcla en ella.
 Hoy es una de esas noches si , esas noches a las cuales les podria poner nombre pero no tengo en la cabeza el poder simplificarlas para que tengan  un adjetivo coherente .
A veces tengo  miedo un chingo de miedo , que ni yo lo puedo explicar, busco esa  droga que me pueda ayudar  a sentir la emocion pasar y poder aniquilarla. 
Quisiera enterlo , quisiera enterme , hay veces que pienso que siempre sera asi , no he podido encontrar el punto donde pueda yo explicarme como  es que todo sucedio , si digo bien las personas nacemos normales, sin traumas, sin miedos, sin paranoias , sin ningun tipo de retencion hacia nada , como un simple hecho que a lo mejor creemos aislado puede llegar a alterar  tu psique?.
¿En que manera?
¿Como lo remedias?
Me disgusta de gran manera escuchar "pero si tu eres psicologa, tu deberias saber eso, si tu eres psicologa tu no puedes ponerte asi de esa manera" 
Y resulta que nada, aun sabiendo las mejores teorias del inconsiente de Freud, el todo del Gestalt, el Humanismo de Maslow y un sin fin de los mejores test psicologicos tu aun estas en el limbo.
Cuando menos lo espera siempre regresa, creo que en verdad le gusta estar conmigo,
